We Know Infertility Can Be Challenging

Dr. Schnorr

Fertility should be a natural event and many patients are afraid to ask for help fearing they will find out they can never get pregnant. The truth is that seeing a specialist is not giving up but rather getting others involved to help you with your care. There is no form of infertility we can't overcome. You do not need permission or a referral to see us. There is no commitment and most couples conceive with simple forms of infertility treatment.

Success at our premier infertility centers throughout South Carolina is "taking home a baby". We are so confident in our abilities to help you conceive we offer financial programs that will refund you up to 100% of the costs of your treatment if you are unsuccessful.

Through the work of our outstanding staff, Coastal Fertility Specialists assists patients in virtually every aspect of infertility and reproductive endocrinology.

Our South Carolina infertility services include:

Experience

Dr. Schnorr, Dr. Slowey  and Dr. Cook have more than 45 years of combined reproductive endocrinology experience performing over 5,000 IVF and donor egg treatment cycles with pregnancy rates that are among the top in the country. Their high pregnancy rates are due to their emphasis on individualized ovarian stimulation protocols based upon patient age, infertility diagnosis, ovarian reserve testing, and prior treatments.

All ovarian stimulations use the latest medication protocols to maximize both egg number and egg quality. In a way, these medication protocols are "recipes" that need to be individualized for each patient taking into account their diagnosis, patient age, egg count, FSH levels and any prior stimulations. Our stimulation protocols typically include a combination of FSH (follicle stimulating hormone) for egg production and we are strong believers of "LH add-back" through adding either LH (luteinizing hormone) or low dose HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) for LH activity.

Our embryo culture system is designed to minimize embryo stress and replicate the uterine environment by using next generation rapid recovery embryo incubators that use the same temperature, humidity and low oxygen levels (similar to a woman's body) to maximize each embryo's developmental potential. Our embryo culture system emphasizes blastocyst development with embryo transfer typically being on Day 5 of embryo growth.

We invite you to explore why so many people have made us the leading fertility clinic in South Carolina. Please review our pregnancy rates and take a tour of our various infertility clincs throughout South Carolina.
