IT Manager (Mount Pleasant Office)

Coastal Fertility Specialists is growing and has an immediate opening for an IT Manager working out of our Mount Pleasant office.

This is a full time, working primarily out of our Mount Pleasant providing IT support in all 5 of our regional offices. Work duties would include supporting the Windows and Chrome OS based work environments. Includes database entry/management, troubleshooting printers, monitors, wifi, label makers, laptops and other computer related challenges. Networking support is provided by an off site vendor.

Coastal Fertility Specialists consists of 5 offices and over 75 employees including 13 RN’s, 3 nurse practitioners and 4 physicians. We pride ourselves in employee satisfaction and have very low employee turnover.

Hiring Two Medical Billing Specialist (Mount Pleasant and Summerville Offices)

Coastal Fertility Specialists is growing and has an immediate opening for a Medical Billing & Coding Specialist. In this role duties will include:
· Posting daily charges into practice’s billing software. Charges must be entered within 2 days for non-cycle charges and within 4 days for cycle charges.
· Daily balancing and processing of claims
· Following up with insurance companies regarding claim submissions and payments
· Answering patient questions regarding their billing statements

ICD-10 & CPT coding experience is required; working knowledge of Artisan and/or Allscripts software is preferred. This is a full-time position of approximately 40 hours per week. Training will be required in both our Mt Pleasant & Summerville offices, and once completed the candidate will work in either our Mount Pleasant or Summerville office.

Andrology/Endocrinology Technologist

Coastal Fertility Specialists is growing and has an immediate opening for an Andrology/Endocrinology Technologist who wants to make a difference in this world by helping couples with infertility start the family of their dreams. This is a full-time position in our Mt. Pleasant, SC office that includes weekend coverage of up to 2 weekends/month with compensatory time off. Coastal Fertility Specialists consists of 5 offices and over 50 employees including 18 RN’s, 4 physicians, and a complete embryology team all driven to be the best Reproductive Endocrinology practice in the southeast. Responsibilities:

  • Perform semen analysis (including sperm count, motility, morphology, and viability)
  • Prepare sperm for IUI and IVF procedures and sperm cryopreservation.
  • Receive, process, and result blood samples for hormone assays utilizing a Roche Cobas e411 analyzer.
  • Perform calibrations, daily quality control, and troubleshooting.
  • Perform daily, weekly, monthly and any as needed maintenance.
  • Participate in proficiency testing.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow SOP’s according to regulatory agencies.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, detail oriented and have the ability to prioritize workload.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and time constraints, function independently, communicate effectively and work in a team environment.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Hours are 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM on weekdays and 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM on weekends.

Minimum Education requirement:Bachelor’s of Science degree in physical, biological, chemical or laboratory science.

Required experience:1 year of clinical laboratory experience preferred, but willing consider outstanding trainees

Fertility Nurse Coordinator (Lexington, SC)

Coastal Fertility Specialists is growing and has an immediate opening for an RN in our Lexington office who wants to make a difference in this world by helping couples with infertility start the family of their dreams. This is an incredibly rewarding career as over 95% of couples trying to conceive will conceive with our help. Your role as a Fertility Nurse Coordinator would be to work with the patients, physicians and other RN’s creating and implementing fertility treatment plans.

This is a full time position of approximately 34 hours per week working in our Lexington office, with some training in our Mount Pleasant office. Experience in women’s health is a benefit but is not necessary. We realize Reproductive Endocrinology is a subspeciality field and have a training program to teach you on the job.
