The truth is the most common form of infertility falls into the “unexplained” category. But there is good news associated with this diagnosis. This includes a normal hysterosalpingogram (HSG) which demonstrated a normal uterine cavity and fallopian tubes that are open and working. It also means the semen analysis was probably normal and ovarian reserve testing showed a normal number and quality of eggs within the ovaries. This is all GOOD news! So let’s look at the positives, start with the simplest forms of treatment and start planning your future family.
