The truth is the most common form of infertility falls into the “unexplained” category. But there is good news associated with this diagnosis. This includes a normal hysterosalpingogram (HSG) which demonstrated a normal uterine cavity and fallopian tubes that are open and working. It also means the semen analysis was probably normal and ovarian reserve testing showed a normal number and quality of eggs within the ovaries. This is all GOOD news! Although it may be frustrating that it cannot be explained, it is also one of the easiest to treat with the highest success rates! So let’s look at the positives, start with the simplest forms of treatment and start planning your future family.
