Mills Family

When we decided to start our family, I never imagined we would have any problem getting pregnant. When I didn’t get a menstrual cycle for 6 months after coming off birth control pills, we knew we at least needed to get some answers. My primary care physician at MUSC referred us to Dr. Slowey. He told me Dr. Slowey was the best and he was right! During our first meeting with Dr. Slowey, he was able to provide answers to many of the questions we had accumulated during our time of trying to have a baby on our own. He was able to explain what was happening and why with confidence and empathy and gained our trust immediately. He took time to talk to us and answer all our questions and we never felt rushed when we met with him. After my first appointment we had a diagnosis and plan in place to help us get our family started. I could not have asked for more!
