Meet Katie Reed, RN, BSN

Katie is a Nurse Coordinator at Coastal Fertility in the Mt. Pleasant office. Originally from Illinois, Katie previously worked in the Level IV Neonatal ICU at Duke University Hospital and MUSC. She’s always been passionate about women’s and children’s health, but it wasn’t until her sister went through fertility treatments that she really became interested in the field.

Katie always reminds her patients that there are so many options for them to reach their goal of becoming a family, whether that be through medications, IUI, IVF, donor eggs and/or sperm, and adoption! “Never lose hope!”, she says.

In her free time, Katie enjoys spending time with her fiancé and taking their dog to the beach.
