Meet Tiffany Leonard, RN, BSN, CEN

Tiffany started with Coastal Fertility in 2022 as the Donor Egg Coordinator. Originally from the Upstate of SC, she was previously an ER nurse for 5 ½ years. Tiffany says she became inspired to help couples along their fertility journey because her parents struggled to have children.

“I love helping people create or complete their family. Each time we call a patient to congratulate them on their pregnancy I get chills,” she says. Her favorite quote to share with patients… “You may have to fight a battle more than once to win it.” — Margaret Thatcher.

When not working, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband and 2-year-old daughter in the mountains.
