Meet Bailey Southerland, MS

Bailey Southerland is a Senior Embryologist at Coastal Fertility. Born and raised in Wichita KS, Bailey has been doing IVF for six years. Her first couple years of experience was performing IVF on cows, then she transitioned to human IVF after graduate school. She has always been fascinated by the biology and physiology of reproduction. Now that she’s a mom, she wholeheartedly believes that everyone who wants to experience being a parent/having a baby should be able to. She’s dedicated to helping as many people as possible experience that joy.

In her free time, Bailey enjoys playing princess with her daughter, cooking, singing, and playing guitar.
