  1. Ovulation Induction and Intrauterine Insemination can be done in it’s entirety through our Lexington office.
  2. In Vitro Fertilization: We believe high pregnancy rates in IVF come from great physicians and a great IVF laboratory. Through our Lexington office we have designed an approach that provides leading pregnancy rates with only one trip to Charleston for the egg retrieval. Through this approach you obtain access to one of our many Coastal Fertility advantages; our high quality embryology laboratory. A great IVF laboratory involves caring for the granular details of staff training, air quality, incubator performance, culture media, micromanipulation techniques and many more. Unlike other centers, our centralized laboratory approach helps us focus additional time and attention on one laboratory with you being the beneficiary.  This is a time when the details matter!
